Panel | Leading high-performance finance teams: Building adaptability, focus, and strategic clarity at scale
Finance teams are being asked to deliver clarity in environments that are faster, noisier, and more complex than ever, which puts enormous pressure on how leaders build and evolve their teams. Deloitte reports that nearly seventy percent of finance leaders believe their teams lack the skills required for the next phase of transformation, a signal that capability, mindset, and operating rhythm matter as much as technical accuracy. This panel brings together leaders who have reshaped their organisations to be more adaptable, focused, and strategically aligned, offering candid perspectives on what it really takes to build teams that thrive at scale. Key takeaways: - Explore the leadership behaviours and operating principles that enable finance teams to stay aligned, resilient, and high performing. - Learn how to build adaptability into planning cycles, talent development, and decision-making processes. - Understand how to create clarity in complex environments and keep your team focused on the signals that matter. - Gain practical insights for strengthening collaboration, scaling expectations, and developing future-ready finance talent.
